‘Kaho’ Sauvignon Blanc
Our ‘Kaho’ Sauvignon Blanc has been fermented in French oak barrels, sometimes referred to as ‘Fume Blanc’, to make an ‘old world’ style, with Kiwi flair. Kaho is the Maori word for ‘barrel’.
Fantail Pinot Noir
Our grapes for our 2018 Fantail Pinot Noir were handpicked, fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak. It has layers of dark fruit and spice, balance and structure.

Our 2017 Falcon Hill Pinot Noir was wild yeast fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak. It has layers of dark fruit and spice, a great balanced structure with fine-grained tannins and good length on the finish.

Medium-bodied, the palate has bright and lively flavours of green stonefruits, herbs, gooseberries and spicy oak. The fruit is refreshing and forms a tightly bound heart, and enlivened by brisk acidity.
